If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of the date of dispatch, with your receipt, providing it is in as new condition and still in its original packaging with all labels attached. Nothing in this guarentee will affect your legal rights. Return postage costs will only be refunded for goods that are found to have a manufacturing fault. If you are returning goods because of a fault that is identified as a munufacturing fault we will provide a replacemnt, stock permitting, or offer a full refund, including the cost of postage.
Important - Return postage costs can only be refunded if a proof of postage is provided. Your post office will attach a proof of postage label to the outside of the package if requested.
The customer (you) will be responsible for the items until they reach us. It is strongly advised that you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery, Recorded delivery for example.

Delivery Information
Goods are normally dispatched within 5-10 working days and most are dispatched within 2 working days. We will contact you to advise when your goods have been dispatched and when you can expect them to arrive.
We do not, at present, ship outside of the UK. If you wish to purchase an item and have it shipped outside the UK please contact us before placing an order.
